Island Caterers, officially opened in 1978, is a one stop catering company, focused on meeting our client’s culinary desires.


Island Caterer’s can cater to everyone’s needs. We cater intimate dinners for two or prestigious gala dinners for 2000 and anything in-between. Our Chefs can accommodate your event on site or our clients can choose to have the dishes delivered to their special event.


Our experienced Chefs and Management Team work closely with the client’s requirements to ensure all details are exemplary. Special dietary requirements are considered; vegetarian or gluten free dishes can be requested.


Island Caterer’s offer Themed Dinners as our specialty. We tastefully create food stations to display various cuisines.


Executive Chef, Wendell Harvey, with more than 15 years of experience can take your taste buds on a trip around the world. Harvey, trained by internationally known sushi chef, Nobu, can prepare Asian, Spanish, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Indian, Caribbean, Polynesian or European cuisines.


Our Pasty Chef creates our pastries and unique desserts which leaves the client’s wanting more of Island Caterer’s distinctive culinary experience.
