Reservation Information and Policies
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are per room, per night.
All Payments are processed in Barbados Dollars as required by law. The exchange rate for reservations is US$1: BDS$2
To pay by US Travelers Cheque the exchange rate is US$1: BDS$1.95
As such there may be variances on your credit card due to exchange rate fluctuation.
Children 3 years and under and sharing with 2 adults are free. Children 4 and over pay the extra person rate. Standard Rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons, either 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. Superior rooms accommodate a maximum of 3 persons 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child 12 years and under.
Rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea and all beverages except specialty wines, champagne and bottled water. Rates include Government Tax.
Effective December 1, 2007, there will be a charge of US$2.00/BDS$4.00 per room for each night of your stay at Mango Bay, which will go towards this new voluntary Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association marketing fund.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies
All All December 15 – January 5 - A seven night minimum stay is required for this period only. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full no later than August 31. There are absolutely no refunds for any reason after August 31 for the holiday period.
January 6 – April 30 – No minimum length of stay. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full upon check in at the hotel. Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than 45 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit. No shows will forfeit the 3-night deposit. Early departures will forfeit 100% of payment. Any refunded deposits may be subjected to handling fee charges.
May 1 – December 14 – No minimum length of stay. A 3-night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full upon check in at the hotel. Should you need to cancel. Any refunded deposits may be subjected to handling fee charges.

Early arrivals and late departures
If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. However, if immediate access to the room is not required, we will store your luggage for you and you will have access to the hotel facilities until your room is ready.
Should you be departing the hotel late in the evening, and would like to guarantee access to your room until you leave the hotel, US$100 will be charged to your account. Alternatively, we will store your luggage for you and provide access to our departure facilities. You will have access to hotel facilities until you depart.
Dress code:
Daytime – resort casual – cover-ups are required for breakfast and lunch. Footwear is required in the restaurant at all times.
Evening – elegantly casual – full length trousers and shirts with sleeves (either short sleeves or long sleeves) are required for gentlemen for dinner.
After 6:00pm, no jeans (this applies to both ladies and gents and includes all denim wear), no three-quarter trousers, no shorts or cargos, no trainers, no flip-flops, no caps or t-shirts are allowed in the restaurant.
Baby Sitting: Available on request at an additional charge
