- Exit Airport Car Park/Arrivals Area
- Take left at Airport (Tom Adams) Roundabout and continue past Barbados National Terminal Oil Company (on the left)
- Continue straight through Fairy Valley and Pilgrim Road (you will pass a Shell Service Station on your left in Pilgrim Road) and onto Providence
- Continue driving Callenders and you’ll soon be going downhill (down Thornbury Hill)
- At the bottom of the hill, you will arrive at a junction (which resembles a “Y”) – Save A Lot Supermarket will be on your left (blue building)
- Turn right onto Oistins Main Road and continue straight for approximately 5 minutes to the Top Rock Roundabout (Shell Service Station nearby)
- Exit left at the roundabout and travel west along St. Lawrence Main Road passing Divi Southwinds Hotel on the left, entrance to St. Lawrence Gap onto Worthing (you will pass an intersection with traffic lights at another Shell Service Station).
- Continue westward along Rockley Main Road past Chefette Restaurant (on your right) and continue straight through Hastings before reaching an open savannah on your right (Garrison Savannah Horse Racing Circuit)
- Continue slightly downhill past Barbados Light & Power Company Limited on your left and take the next left around a brick wall.
- Island Inn Hotel is located on this small street and is the second building on the left after the Brown Sugar Restaurant.
